The work that will be installed is Wall Drawing #990, the parameters of which are as follows:
- One hundred points are drawn on the wall.
- They should be randomly placed and cover the surface completely and be equally spaced.
- Each point should be connected to each other point using black straight lines.
- The medium is black pencil and marker for the points.
We tested it in class on a quarter-scale sheet of paper.
Alison determined there would be 4900 lines.
Mira, Carly, Melanie and Bree divided the drawing into four vertical sections and each drew 25 dots.
Constanza estimated that on a 4x10 foot piece of paper, each dot would be about 9 inches apart.
